MS stands for Metabolism Support — it’s the manufacturer’s name for the formula, and that’s where the brand name comes from. It has nothing to do with multiple sclerosis: MS Spray is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to treat any condition. 🧪 Ingredients: Water, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-Carnitine, L-Citrulline, L-Glutamine, Natural Blackberry flavour, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), Zinc (Citrate), Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid), Biotin, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Sixteen ingredients, thirteen of them nutrients. The other three are water as the carrier, natural blackberry flavour for taste and steviol glycosides for sweetness. No sugar, no colours, no preservatives. Every amount is on the label, itemised.

Two steps, morning and night.

🕗 Twice a day, before a meal

Give the bottle a quick shake, then five sprays straight into your mouth — morning and evening, each time before a meal. Twelve seconds a day. One spray delivers 0.1 ml, so five sprays make 0.5 ml, and twice a day gives you the one millilitre daily dose. A bottle holds 300 sprays, which is exactly thirty days. If blackberry on its own is too much, spray the five doses into a glass of water instead; the amount stays the same.

Because the formula contains no preservatives, keep the bottle in the fridge once opened and finish it within thirty days. Don’t go above one millilitre a day. MS Spray is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

📖 Niacin, zinc and vitamin C, quoted word for word

Three of these nutrients carry authorised health claims. Here they are, exactly as the register words them:

• Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
• Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
• Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

They come from the GB register of authorised nutrition and health claims under assimilated Regulation (EU) 432/2012. Nothing has been reworded.

There are no authorised claims for L-carnitine, L-citrulline or L-glutamine, so here’s simply what they are. L-carnitine takes its name from the Latin carnis, after the muscle tissue it was first isolated from in 1905; the body also makes it from lysine and methionine. L-citrulline owes its name to the watermelon, Citrullus lanatus, from which it was first obtained in 1914. L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in blood plasma. 💊 Worth knowing if you take medication

Two things we’d flag across the counter. Zinc can reduce the absorption of tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, so leave two to three hours between the two. And the folic acid matters if methotrexate or anti-epileptics such as phenytoin are involved. Have a word with your doctor about both. Same if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or living with an existing condition.

About the format.

💨 No glass, no swallowing

It’s there in the name. A spray takes a second and needs no water — handy if tablets are a struggle, and easy when you’re out and about. The pump delivers the same 0.1 ml every time, so there’s nothing to measure. The amber glass keeps UV light off riboflavin, the most light-sensitive of the thirteen nutrients. Batch number and best-before date are on the base of the bottle.
